We are very excited to once again offer up to five $1,000 scholarships to any high school graduate who is or will be attending a four— year university. This is open to our patients as well as any Illinois Valley area graduating senior or current college student.
Applicants will be asked to submit either a short essay, video, or artistic work. Submissions will be due July 1st, 2023.
