2025 Smile Scholarship Underway

We are very excited to once again offer up to five $1,000 scholarships to any high school graduate who is or will be attending a four— year university. This is open to our patients as well as any Illinois Valley area graduating senior or current college student.

Applicants will be asked to submit either a short essay, video, or artistic work answering the question:  Tell us about a time when you helped bring people together - whether by resolving a disagreement, finding common ground, or bridging a gap between differing opinions.  How did your actions help create understanding, and how did that experience shape you?

Our Smile Scholarship recipients will be posted by August 1st, 2025.
